Sea-green wall panels were ordered and fully paid for, including postage from Lahore to Gujranwala, but completely different black/charcoal panels were delivered.
The seller was informed within a few days and the material was offered to be returned in the same condition. Instead of correcting the mistake, the seller is asking for a 30% deduction to issue a refund.
This is very disappointing service and not professional handling of a clear supplier error. Buyers should confirm details carefully before purchasing.
Hoping the matter is resolved fairly.

After paying full price and delivery charges from Lahore to Gujranwala, the wrong colour wall panels were supplied. The seller was notified within days and return was offered in original condition.
Despite this being their mistake, they are insisting on a 30% deduction for refund and have not tried to resolve the issue fairly.
This level of customer service is disappointing. Customers should take extra care before purchasing.
We still hope the seller corrects this matter professionally.

I ordered sea-green wall panelling from this seller in DHA Lahore and paid top dollar, including postage from Lahore to Gujranwala. However, I was delivered completely different black/charcoal panels.
I informed them within a few days and tried returning or working something out, in the same material in the condition was in but no success.
Despite this being clearly a wrong item supplied, they are still demanding a 30% deduction for the refund and made no real effort to resolve the issue fairly.
Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Buyers should double-check everything before paying and be careful with this seller’s return and refund handling.
